Decent jacket, some delivery confusion

I picked up a Jaqueta Puffer. The jacket itself is really well-made and warm, exactly what I expected from the pictures. The price felt fair for the quality. Delivery took a bit longer than I anticipated, about 8 days, and the tracking information wasn't updated for a couple of days in the middle, which was a little frustrating. But it did arrive eventually and in good condition. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was good. Overall, a solid product, but shipping could be smoother.

Their oversized stuff is genuinely oversized, so if you want that look, stick to your regular size. I got a large and it's definitely roomy without being silly.

Yeah, I'd say they're pretty true to size for what they're aiming for. Like, an M fits me like a proper oversized M, not like an L from another brand. Check their size chart too, it helped me out.

Nah, from my experience, their coupons almost never stack. If an item is already discounted, the first purchase coupon probably won't work on it. You usually have to pick one or the other.

I tried that once and it didn't work. The system usually just takes the best discount, so if something is already 20% off, your 10% first-time buyer coupon won't do anything extra.

Quick question on shipping. Anyone order to like, a smaller city in the northeast, say, Fortaleza? How long did it take to get to you? Just trying to figure out if it'll be here before a trip.

I'm in Maceió and it took about 7 business days for my last order to arrive. Think it depends a lot on the local post office though, so might vary a bit for Fortaleza.

Honestly, your best bet is always buying directly from their official website. I've heard some horror stories about fake streetwear. If a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.
